For both in FSS 1 & FSS 11 Its enough if a member pays AFCs {annual farternity contribution } for 25 Years after which He/She becomes Honorary Member and enjoys all the beneift

The 7th AFC of FSS 11 due from the 1st of July 2024 has been fixed as Rs 10,500{covering 35 Deaths} /=

Doctors Paying by online Method after Successful Payment can downd load the Reciept and take a PRINTOUT of the same Themselves.... if still not able to do so Kindly contact the FSS office we will help you out

FSS 1 & FSS 11 Members after loging in can EDIT & SAVE their Mailing address ,E-mail IDs, Cell Nos, Landline numbers upload photos etc. This is a New Addition However the registered Address cannot be Changed

Dear Drs with reg to A NEW 3 D HOLOGRAM FSS CERTIFICATE with AADHAR UPDATION We have started distributing the NEW FSS CERTIFICATE after retrieving your OLD ORIGINAL FSS CERTIFICATE for which you need to send your OLD ORIGINAL FSS CERTIFICATE along with AADHAR copies of the MEMBER as well as THEIR NOMINEES from the date we receive your OLD ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE it will take a week to 10 days to process it THIS IS DONE FOR FREE meaning WE ARE NOT CHARGING ANY FESS FOR GIVING AWAY A NEW FSS CERTIFICATE Once the certificate is ready for printing we send a copy of the prospective certificate to your WHATS APP NUMBER YOU COULD SUGGEST ANY CORRECTION ONCE YOU O.K IT {Give Green signal}...... WE WILL TAKE A FINAL PRINT OUT and send it across to you

FSS 1 & FSS 11 New MEMBER APPLICATION FORM DOWNLOAD Has been made simple and its in the main page one can easily download the same

Every Member who pas paid their FSS 1 \FSS 11 payment by DD can Download their Reciepts after 4-5 days{after FSS office recieves the payment

A NEW AGE WISE PIE CHART FOR FSS 1 and FSS 11 Has been added

A New Member joining in FSS 1 BELOW THE AGE OF 35 needs to follow the follow the methodology.Rs 3,000\= as NRD [non refundable deposit]+ Rs 1,000/=as Membership fees + Rs 9,000/= as Annual Faternity Contribution this calculation of payment will continue for the first 10 years from the date of joining or till the age of 40 whichever comes early

+ 50% of AFC ie 50% of Rs 18,000\= Rs 9,000 + Rs 1000 as Annual Subscription fees FOR THE FIRST 10 YEARS or TILL THE AGE OF 40 whichever COMES FIRST THIS CONCESSION APPLIES ONLY TO FSS 1 and not to FSS11

FSS 1 Financial year starts from 1st JANUARY to 31st DECEMBER FSS 11 Financial year starts from 1st JULY to JUNE 30th

The 29th AFC Starting from 1st JAN is RS 18,000\= {Covering 90 deaths ie 200 multiplied by 90 = 18000]

The 6th AFC of FSS 11 starting 1st july is Rs 12,000\= [ covering 40 deaths ie 40 multiplied by 300 =12,000

A NEW MEMBER JOINING FSS 1 in THE SECOND HALF of the Year ie from 1st JULY to 31st DECEMBER has to pay NRD + 50% of AFC ie 50% of Rs 18,000 = Rs 9,000 This rule does not apply to young Members joining below the age of 35 as they are already paying 50% afc for the first 10 yrs or till the age of 40

A New MEMBER joining FSS 11 in the SECOND HALF of the FSS 11 FINANCIAL YEAR ie from 1st JANUARY to 30th JUNE has to pay NRD + 50% of AFC ie 50% 0f Rs 12,000 = Rs 6000\-

OTP SMS Duration has been brought down to 15 minutes from the earlier 30 minutes

WINDOW PERIOD for a NEW MEMBER JOING FSS 1 is 1 YEAR WINDOW PERIOD FOR A NEW MEMBER joining in FSS 11 is 1 YEAR

WINDOW PERIOD for an existing FSS 1 member who wants to join in FSS 11 is 6 MONTHS

WINDOW period for an existing FSS 11 member who wants to join in FSS 1 is 6 MONTHS

WINDOW PERIOD for a MEMBER Who made a DEFAULTERS REENTRY Is 1 year from the date of rejoining the scheme

A member who Made a DEFAULTERS REENTRY The Tenure in the previous term will be taken into consideration for the calculation of 25 years BEYOND which he \she becomes HONORARY MEMBER

DOCUMENTS needed to request for a CLAIM A Copy of DEATH CERTIFICATE Original FSS CERTIFICATE Photo & Aadhar of the DESEASED MEMBER as well as the FIRST NOMINEE Last paid reciept The request letter from the first Nominee has to be countersigned by the LOCAL BRANCH SECRETARY

THE CLAIM AMOUNT WILL BE SENT TO THE BRANCH SECRETARY who in the presence of senior Branch officials will hand it over to the FIRST NOMINEE

IN case the FIRST NOMINEE IS VERY MUCH ALIVE but not in a position to recieve the claim {WHEN THE NOMINEE IS ABROAD}..... THIS CLAIM MONEY IS KEPT IN A SEPERATE FIXED DEPOSIT And handed over to the first nominee as and when he next comes to india

THE CLAIM AMOUNT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE SECOND NOMINEE only when the FIRST NOMINEE IS NOT ALIVE [a copy of the Death certificate of the FIRST NOMINEE Has to be produced}

Dear Drs We in FSS office are issuing a NEW 3 D HOLOGRAM & AADHAR UPDATED FSS CERTIFICATE For which you need send us your OLD ORIGINAL FSS CERTIFICATE along with Aadhar copies of the MEMBER as well as their NOMINEES You could personally hand it over in our office/ speed post /Reg post/ courier... etc You could also update/make necessary changes in your cell no/e-mail I D/Address/ Change in the list of nominees etc THIS WE ARE DOING IT FOT FREE {We are not collecting any charges for the same} From the date we receive your OLD ORIGINAL FSS CERTIFICATE it will take a week to 10 days for us to process and send back the NEW 3 D HOLOGRAM FSS CERTIFICATE by courier For any clarification please call FSS OFFICE weekdays 10.00am-5.00pm
